Why Verification May Be Required

Due to increased payment fraud risks within the travel industry, our security and risk-management team may occasionally request additional verification to confirm the authenticity of a transaction.

Additional verification may be required in situations such as:

• The cardholder is not one of the passengers (third-party payment).
• The travel route or destination is flagged as higher risk based on past fraud patterns.
• The billing address does not match the country of booking.
• The departure date is close to the booking date.

These measures are in place to protect cardholders, passengers, and our platform from unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

Documents That May Be Requested

If verification is required, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A completed Payment Authorization Form (provided by our team).
• A copy of a government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s licence).
• A photo of the front and back of the payment card used for the booking.

For security purposes, you may mask or cover the first twelve digits of your card number before submitting any card images.

All documents should be sent securely to JULIUS.GLOBALTREK@GMAIL.COM for verification.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

We take privacy seriously. All information and documents provided for verification purposes are handled confidentially and used solely to confirm payment legitimacy.

Once verification is successfully completed, submitted documents are securely deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention and compliance practices.

Personal and financial information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to complete a booking with airlines, payment processors, or travel suppliers, or where disclosure is required by Australian law.
